Ingredients to make Mini egg cups

  • -2 tortillas
  • -one beaten egg
  • -tomato puree/pizza sauce/tomato sauce
  • - Few capsicum and onion slices
  • -lettuce
  • -Grated cheese
  • -paprika or pepper powder
  • -Few bread crumbles
  • -salt for taste
  • -Sesame sticks or anything of your choice for handle
  • -muffin tray

How to make Mini egg cups

  1. -Take the tortilla and cut in to circles and fix in your muffin cup as shown in image
  2. -Apply tomato puree to the base of tortilla
  3. -Add your favourite toppings onions,capsicum, red chilli powder or pepper and salt.
  4. -Add few bread crumbles on top of it
  5. -Beat one egg and keep ready
  6. -Add a spoon of beaten egg in each muffin cup on top of bread crumbles
  7. -Then add lettuce on top of it and sprinkle little paprika powder .
  8. -Finally add grated cheese on top of it
  9. -Bake at 200 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. -I used sesame sticks as handle for the cup. you can use anything of your choice. Enjoy mini egg cups.
My Tip: -you can add your own toppings and you can use anything of your choice for cup handle
