Ingredients to make Green chicken korma

  • 1 Clean washed chicken pieces (with bones)
  • Capcicum 2
  • Cashews 7 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Coriander leaves- hand full
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tez patta/bay leaf 2
  • Dalchini stick 1/2
  • Cloves 3-4
  • Elaichi 4
  • Whole zeera 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

How to make Green chicken korma

  1. Clean the chicken pieces and keep them ready.
  2. In a mixer grinder grind together coriander leaves chillies capcicum into paste.
  3. Grind cashew with 4 tbsp water.
  4. Heat oil in a wok add in Tez patta and all whole masala and saute then add the green paste and mix.
  5. Add cashew paste followed by 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and all spices and salt mix for a minute.
  7. Now add the chicken pieces mix and let it cook keeping eye on it.
  8. Once chicken is cooked and oil starts seperate it's done.
  9. And now you can serve it.
My Tip: Serve with zeera rice. You can always adjust your spice levels.
