Ingredients to make chingRir jhal

  • 300 gms prawns,cleaned washed
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • finely chopped tomato 1
  • Salt
  • gg paste 1 tspn
  • make a paste with:
  • 1 tspn poppy seeds
  • 3 tspn mustard seeds
  • 6 tspn grated coconut
  • Green chilly 5

How to make chingRir jhal

  1. boil the praws with salt
  2. heat oil in pan add onion,fry till brown
  3. add chopped tomato and gg paste,saute till all will melt
  4. add paste and salt,fry a few min,in this time,add some more oil into it
  5. add prawns,mix it,add little water, mix smoothly with the ladle
  6. keep into a boil and switch off the gas
