How to make Eggless Fruit Custard

  1. Mix cornflour and turmeric in enough milk to make a pouring lump free paste.
  2. Boil the rest of the milk. As it keeps boiling, gradually add in the paste continuously until everything is mixed.
  3. Add in the sugar while stirring and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Switch the flame off, mix in the vanilla and let it cool.
  4. Once cooled add in the fruits and rasgullas and serve chilled.

My Tip:

Keep stirring continuously to avoid lump formation. Be careful while adding the sugar as the fruits are also sweet.
