ABOUT Lemon Rice RECIPE

It is a South Indian rice recipe that's delicious and healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Bowl - Boiled rice
  2. 1 tsp - Urad dal
  3. 1 tsp - Chana dal
  4. 1 tsp - Rai
  5. 4-5 - Curry leaves
  6. 1/2 tsp - Haldi
  7. 1 - Lemon, Juiced
  8. A pinch hing
  9. 2 - Green chilli, cut
  10. 2 tsp - Moongfali
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 - Whole red chilli
  13. 1 tbsp -Oil

Instructions

  1. First heat oil in a pan and put rai, both the dal, moongfali, heeng and curry leaves. Fry for 3-4 mins.
  2. Now mix salt and haldi in rice.
  3. Now mix rice in takda. Fry it 2 mins.
  4. Now mix lemon juice and your lemon rice is ready to serve.
