Ingredients to make Kashmiri chicken

  • Chicken 1/2 k
  • Black pepper powder -2tbs
  • Cumin powder -2tbs
  • Gurum masala powder -3stbs
  • Turmeric -1stbs
  • Kasmiri red chilli powder -1tbs
  • Kasmiri red dry chilli socked in worm water and paste-2stbs
  • Onion paste -3tbs
  • Tomato paste 2-3tbs
  • Green chillies-2-3tbs (paste)
  • Cashew nut paste 4-5tbs
  • Garlic paste 2-3tbs
  • Ginger paste 2-3tbs
  • Salt-to taste
  • Oil- 3
  • Coriander leaves to garnish it

How to make Kashmiri chicken

  1. Take a pane put oil and add onion, tomato,all the paste and fry it till it get cooked
  2. Now add all spices and fry it till it get cooked at low flam
  3. Now add your chicken and stear it and cover it and cook for 10-15min
  4. Now open it and add the cashew nut past and mi, it well
  5. Now final serve it with chopped coriander leaves
