Kashmiri Chicken

Ingredients to make Kashmiri Chicken

  • chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Black pepper powder - 2 tbs
  • cumin powder - 2 tbs
  • Garam masala powder - 3 tbs
  • turmeric - 1 tbs
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1tbs
  • Kashmiri red dry chilli socked in worm water and paste - 2 tbs
  • onion paste - 3 tbs
  • tomato paste - 2-3 tbs
  • Green chilies - 2-3 tbs (paste)
  • cashew nut paste - 4-5 tbs
  • garlic paste - 2-3 tbs
  • ginger paste - 2-3 tbs
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - 3
  • coriander leaves to garnish it

How to make Kashmiri Chicken

  1. Take a pan, put some oil and add onion, tomato, all the pastes and fry till it all gets cooked.
  2. Now add all spices and fry it till it gets cooked on a low flame. Now add the chicken and stir it then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Now open, add the cashew nut paste and mix it well. Now finally serve it with chopped coriander leaves.
