Found an interesting way of baking Muffins from Parle-G biscuits. Just loved them, used the Philips Airfryer to bake the muffins and they were absolutely delightful.

Ingredients to make Biscuit Cake Recipe (Eggless) from Parle-G biscuits

  • Parle - G Biscuits - 20
  • Milk - 1 cup / 240 ml
  • Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp

Steps to make Biscuit Cake Recipe (Eggless) from Parle-G biscuits

  1. Crush Parle – G biscuits in a mixer and powder them. Now add in baking powder, sugar and milk. Puree them to a smooth mix. Now take disposable paper cups normally available in the market.
  2. Pour the batter in the cups and put the cakes in the air fryer/microwave for 5 minutes.
  3. Once baked, remove the cups from air fryer/oven and let them cool completely. Once cool invert the cups to remove the cake from the cup or tear off the cups. Cut into round pieces for serving.
