Ingredients to make Karachi biscuits

  • Maida 1+1/2 cup
  • Custard powder 1/2 cup
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Powdered sugar 1 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Tutty fruitty 1/2 cup
  • Kaju chopped 1/2 cup
  • Pineapple essence 1 tsp
  • Yellow colour few drops
  • Kewra essence few drops

How to make Karachi biscuits

  1. Beat butter ,sugar till creamy.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients .
  4. Add tutti fruity and chopped kaju and mix .
  5. Add all dry ingredients into butter & sugar mixture.
  6. Knead to make a smooth dough.
  7. Add milk if needed.
  8. Do not over knead.
  9. Make rolls and wrap in cling wrap.
  10. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  11. Cut it with sharp knife .
  12. Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree celsius for 12 -15 minutes.
  13. Or till required .
