Ingredients to make Kheru

  • Curd 2 cups
  • Cumin Seed 1/2tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • corriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Olive oil 1Tbsp
  • Corriander leaves 2tbsp
  • Boondi 1/4 cup

How to make Kheru

  1. Whisk the curd.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan.
  3. Add cumin Seeds, mustard Seeds, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Asafoetida, saute for few seconds on low flame and turn off the flame.
  4. Add beaten curd to the pan and stir ,add salt, Boondi and garnish with corriander leaves.
