ABOUT Fruits Halwa RECIPE

Very healthy and delicious too, even children don't hasitate to eat this halwa. Nutrious of fruits are enriched in this halwa.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl Rava [Semolina]
  2. 1 cup grapes
  3. 1 cup mango
  4. 1 cup watermelon de-seed
  5. 1 cup melon
  6. 2 tablespoons sugar
  7. 1 bowl milk
  8. Pinch of saffron

Instructions

  1. Firstly peeled and cut all fruits in small pieces.
  2. Then in non stick pan put sugar with 1 cup of water and dissolved it.
  3. Then put all fruits in sugar water and cook on a low flame.
  4. Then dry roast the Rava.
  5. Take bowl put 1 tablespoon milk and dissolved saffron.
  6. After reducing the water, soften the fruits ,add Rava and stir it continually.
  7. Then add milk and mix it nicely.
  8. Then cook for 5 minutes and add the saffron milk.
  9. Your Halwa is ready for serving.
