Penne & corn Pasta in Arabiata Sauce

Ingredients to make Penne & corn Pasta in Arabiata Sauce

  • Pasta 1 cup
  • Red Bell pepper 1 nos.
  • Tomato 2 Nos.
  • Sweetcorn 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Peprika powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Olive oil 1Tbsp
  • Garlic 3-4 nos.
  • Italian seasoning 1 tsp
  • Basil 5-6

How to make Penne & corn Pasta in Arabiata Sauce

  1. First step is to Boil Pasta and corn in a Pan with 4-5 cups water,little salt and some drop of oil.
  2. Strain it after cooked well and wash it with normal water so that it could not be sticky (Its a optional step)
  3. Meanwhile we will prepare Arabiata sauce for pasta.
  4. For that chopped garlic , tomatoes and red bell pepper.
  5. Now take a Pan add some olive oil,add crushed garlic and saute well .
  6. After that add chopped red bell pepper and tomatoes .
  7. Give a nice stir and add salt,chilli flakes,peprika powder & ,sugar . Saute for a minute and then add little water and cover it for few minutes until its cooked.
  8. Now cool down the mixture and Grind it in a grinder carefully.
  9. Now in the same pan add this sauce ,toss cooked pasta in that and add italian seasoning(any of your choice)
  10. At last add basil leaf and gently mix and serve
My Tip: Take care of pasta while its on boiling stage,dont overcook it Always add some drop of oil and salt while boiling After Boiling wash it with normal water,it will never stick and mashy. Add basil leaf at last so that you will get the best aroma. You can use any herb of your choice .
