Ingredients to make Spinach mango smoothie

  • Baby Spinach chopped 1/2 cup
  • Ripe Mango chopped 1 cup
  • Banana mashed 1 tbsp
  • Ginger grated 1tsp
  • Sugar if needed 2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • More milk if needed.
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Frozen mango pieces 1 cup

How to make Spinach mango smoothie

  1. Take spinach ,mango,ginger,banana and sugar .
  2. Blend until smooth paste
  3. Add coconut milk and mix well.
  4. Add vanilla essence and mix.
  5. Pour in a long glass.
  6. If needed then add more milk to make desired consistency.
  7. Add frozen mango pieces on the top.
  8. Serve chilled.
