Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ripe mangoes 1 cup
  2. Curd 1/2 cup
  3. Red chilly powder 1/2 Teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Fenugreek 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Red chillies 2 numbers
  9. Curry leaves few
  10. Coconut oil 2 tablespoons
  11. Salt to taste
  12. GRIND TOGETHER-
  13. Grated coconut 4 tablespoons
  14. Green chillies 2 numbers
  15. Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kedai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek,red chillies,curry leaves and allow it to splutter.
  2. Add the cubed mangoes( with skin) followed by red chilly powder, turmeric powder,little water and allow it to cook until the mangoes are soft.
  3. Add the ground paste boil for 2 minutes
  4. Finally add the slightly whipped curd and immediately switch off the gas .
  5. Serve hot with rice.
