This is one of my favourite childhood recipes that my mom used to make for us. I also have mastered the art of making these at home.

Gojiya, a succulent delicacy which is famous all over the world. Gojiya is one dish which makes its accompaniments tastier. With the overflow of flavours, Gojiya has always been everyone's favourite. This recipe by safiya Khan is the perfect one to try at home for your family. So, at that time you can try out this delicious recipe by safiya Khan. The recipe of Gojiyais very simple and can be made in restaurant style using a few ingredients. Ingredients to make Gojiya

  • Rice flour 2cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • For stuffing :
  • Soaked chana dal 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 small bunch
  • Dil leave 1/2 bunch
  • Green chillies 7
  • Garlic 6
  • Salt

How to make Gojiya

  1. Add rice flour, salt in a bowl and make soft dough.
  2. Add all ingredients for stuffing in grinder and grind it to coarse paste(don't add water) .
  3. Now roll small puris and stuff this mixture in it and fold from sides or make like flower.
  4. In a steamer heat water and put a strainer over it and steam gujiya till done.
  5. Take out all gojiya and serve hot.
