ABOUT Raw Mango poha RECIPE

In Poha mainly we use lemon juice... But in this I used raw Mango pulp instead of lemon juice

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Flatten Rice 1cup
  2. Grated raw mango 1/2 cup
  3. Green chilli 1
  4. Boiled Potato 1
  5. Onion 1 small
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Jeera 1tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1tsp
  9. Chanadal 1tsp
  10. Peanuts 1/4 cup
  11. curry leaves
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. Turmeric 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. First add the Poha into water... After two minutes squeeze out from water and keep aside
  2. Take a pan and add the oil to it. After that add Mustard seeds, jeera, chanadal, Uraddal, and Peanuts....
  3. Saute them well and after that add green chilli pieces onion, potato pieces and salt. Cover with lid for five minutes
  4. Now add the Poha, and grated raw Mango. Mix well... U can add the salt as per taste
  5. Cover with lid for only two minutes... And then garnish with coriander leaves
