Motichoor ladoo

Ingredients to make Motichoor ladoo

  • gram flour or besan 1 cup
  • Water for batter 1and1/2cup
  • Semolina or sooji 1tbs
  • Melon seed 1 tbs
  • Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
  • Saffron few strands
  • For sugar syrup
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1/2cup
  • Silver leaf
  • Oil for frying

How to make Motichoor ladoo

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. And make like pakoda batter.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Pour batter in strainer spread with hand and fry in medium hot oil
  3. When boondis are done take in a plate. Let it cool.
  4. Make sugar syrup of two thread consistently.
  5. Add sugar syrup in boondis and start making ladoos.
  6. Apply silver leaf . And serve
My Tip: While making ladoos the syrup should be warm.
