Maliday Kay Ladoo

Ingredients to make Maliday Kay Ladoo

  • Wheat flour- 500 gm
  • Ghee 1 cup- heaped
  • Milk 2 – 2 ½ cups
  • Gur- 200 gm
  • Almonds pistachios and raisins- 4 tbsp each
  • Flaked coconut - ½ cup
  • Green cardamom ground- 1 tsp heaped
  • Nutmeg ground- ½ tsp
  • Mace ground ½ tsp

How to make Maliday Kay Ladoo

  1. In large bowl mix flour and ghee, knead with milk to form into a dough.
  2. Make into muthias and deep fry.
  3. When cool chopperize and keep aside
  4. In a wok heat 2 tbsp. ghee
  5. Add in 200 gms gur when gur melts add this to the chopperized mixture
  6. Mix well add almonds, raisins, pistachios, flaked coconut, green cardamom ground, nutmeg ground ½ tsp., mace ground ½ tsp.
  7. Shape into ladoos and serve.

My Tip:

using freshly ground wheat flour enhances the taste of the ladoos.
