About Chicken Tikka Recipe

Tender succulent pieces of chicken that have been marinated in Indian spices and yogurt

Chicken Tikka

Ingredients to make Chicken Tikka

  • 1kg boneless chicken
  • 1tbsp lime juice
  • 2tbsp yoghurt
  • 2tsp red chilli powder
  • 1tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • few coriander leaves chopped

How to make Chicken Tikka

  1. 1. Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes. In a large bowl, Mix chicken and the other ingredients well and marinate it for 3 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. Pierce the chicken cubes on a skewer and turn over a fire or under grill for 10mins, cooking both the sides.
  3. 3. Serve it hot, Garnished with preferred seasoning and lime juice.

My Tip:

For best results marinate overnight
