ABOUT Airfried Whole Roasted Chicken RECIPE

Airfryer if used properly can easily replace a grill, oven and provide Restaurant Quality results.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. A) 1st Marinade :
  2. 600-700 gms whole Chicken- Clean, and pat dried
  3. Fresh ginger garlic coarsed: 2 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Deghi chilli powder: 2 tbsp
  6. Jeera powder: 1tbsp
  7. Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  8. Tandoori chicken masala: 2-3 tbsp
  9. B) 2nd Marinade :
  10. Thick curd: 2 tbsp
  11. Degchi chilli powder: 2 tsp
  12. Ginger garlic paste: 2 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Olive oil: 1 tbsp
  15. Kasoori methi hand crushed: 2 tbsp
  16. Lemon juice: 1 no
  17. Coriander powder: 1 tbsp
  18. Tandoori chicken masala: 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash, pat the chicken dry.
  2. Mix all the 1 st marinade ingredients and rub them well inside, outside and within slits of chicken.
  3. Keep it aside for 30 min in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat your airfryer at 180° for 4-5 min.
  5. Place a folded silver foil on mesh keeping some space all around edges
  6. Place chicken on foil and let it cook for 200° for 8-10 min.
  7. Meanwhile prepare 2nd marinade:
  8. Take out chicken from airfryer after 10 min of cooking and bast chicken with 2nd marinade
  9. Shed off extra marinade.
  10. Place it back in airfryer rack for more 10 min
  11. After 10 min, Take out chicken and bash it with its own juices left on silver foil.
  12. Turn the chicken and place it back on foil.
  13. Now raise temperature to max.....220° and roast for more 7-8 min for that charcoaled crust.
