Ingredients to make Tawa pulav

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1, cup mix vegetables ( matar,carrot, Capsicum)
  • 1 Onion Fine chopped
  • 1 tb Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tb pavbhaje masala
  • 1 greenchilli chopped
  • 1 tomato grated
  • Coriander leaves
  • oil
  • 1/2 tb garammasala
  • 1/2 tb red chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tb cumin seeds

How to make Tawa pulav

  1. Heat one tb oil in pan add cumin seeds when it crickle add chopped Onion saute till become soft
  2. Add Boil carrot and matar add salt, redchlii powder,haldi mix well
  3. Add grated tomato and cook till oil leaves
  4. Add cooked rice , garammasala ,pavbhaji masala and mix well
  5. Add chopped capsicum and mix
  6. Add coriander leaves
  7. Serve hot
