Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noddles-1 big packet
  2. Oil -1sp+1tsp+1/4cup+1/tsp
  3. Onion-1/2 cup thinly sliced, shreddedgrated,
  4. Capsicum -1/4cup (thinly sliced)
  5. Cabbage-1/4Cup shredded
  6. 1/2 Cup Carrots, shredded
  7. 3-4 Stems Spring Onions, chopped
  8. 3-4 Cloves of Garlic,
  9. 1 green chilli
  10. 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  12. 1 teaspoon green chilli sauce
  13. Salt, or to taste
  14. 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare nooddles according to the methods written backside of the packet
  2. Strain the nooddles ,rinse with cold water
  3. Allow to keep cool...
  4. Mix 1teaspoon oil with noddles
  5. Keep aside for another 10minutes
  6. Heat oil in a pan
  7. Add chopped garlic...
  8. Add all vegetables..fry on high flame until they cooked
  9. Stir continuously otherwise it will get burnt from bottom
  10. Add noodles gradually..do not add all nooddles together..add in portion..mis with veggies..add some salt then add remaining nooddles
  11. Add Soya sauce,salt,black pepper powder,green chilli sauce,vinegar and 1teaspoon oil..oil will help to keep the nooddles soft...fry with two spatula using your two hands on high flame continuously
  12. Switch off the gas.Add chopped spring onions
  13. Serve
