Ingredients to make saffron paneer twist

  • 8 piece round cut panner slice with half inch thickness
  • One tbl spn corn flour
  • Smoe saffron flake
  • Two tbl spn cashew paste
  • Half tea spn dry ginger powder
  • Half tea spn garlic powder or paste
  • One onion paste
  • One tbl spn ghee
  • One tbl spn butter
  • A pinch of sandal powder original
  • One cup boiled rice
  • Some fine onion slice
  • Half inch cinnamon

How to make saffron paneer twist

  1. Take paneer pieces, add little bit ginger powder ,garlic paste and onion paste & marinate it for one hour
  2. Put a pan on flame add one tbl spn ghee
  3. Add onion paste, garlic paste saute it for few minute but don't let it change it's colour
  4. Add dry ginger powder and cashew paste just cook on low flame
  5. Add salt and half tea spn sugar powder
  6. Saute all this add half tea spn of saffron water for a nice aroma and colour
  7. Add half tea spn butter and garam masala. add half cup milk and cook till it gives a nice shiny sheen.
  8. Take griddle pan, put some butter &shallow fry the paneer pieces, sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder.
  9. Take a pan put one tea spn ghee add rice cinnamon n fry it add salt and sugar to taste
  10. Lastly add saffron water and garam masala
  11. Fry the onion slice
  12. To assemble the platter :
  13. First take rice in any sqaure mould and demould in on the plate
  14. Put some Fryed onion slices on it
  15. Arrange paneer slices and pour the gravy on it
