Palak Paneer

Ingredients to make Palak Paneer

  • 2-3 Bunch Spinach leaves
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 5-6 green chillies
  • 1/2 Cup Green Peas(cooked)
  • 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  • 1 ts ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Ts Turmeric powder
  • 1 ts Garam masala powder

How to make Palak Paneer

  1. Heat some oil in a pan and saute the spinach and green chillies and allow them to cook by adding little water
  2. Once the sauteed spinach is cooled, make a thick puree by grinding in a mixer grinder.
  3. Take other kadai and add little oil and fry the small chopped onions well. After add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and fry them well.
  4. Fry the spinach mixture in a low flame till raw smell goes and gravy starts thickening add garam masala powder,salt,cooked peas .
  5. Add paneer cubes and bring boil by adding little water
