Ingredients to make Pepper Shallot Mushroom

  • Mushroom – 300 gm
  • Shallots – 250 gm
  • Green Bell Pepper – 1
  • Pepper powder – 3 tsp
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Water -1 cup
  • Salt

How to make Pepper Shallot Mushroom

  1. Remove the skin of shallots and clean.
  2. In a pan heat oil and ghee and add green bell pepper fry for 1 mints.
  3. Add shallots, pepper powder and salt and fry for 5 mints.
  4. Add cleaned mushrooms, mix well and add water and cook cook for 5 more minutes
