Ingredients to make Lemon squash coolar

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 2-1/4 cup water
  • 250 gm lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon essence
  • 1/4 tsp p m b s. ( optional)
  • 1/2 tsp citric acid (optional)

How to make Lemon squash coolar

  1. In a pan put sugar water and citric acid.
  2. Put the pan on the fire.
  3. Keep it stirring until it makes one strand sugar syrup (1 tar ki chashni)
  4. Switch off the gas
  5. When it's cold enough, mix lemon juice and lemon essence in it
  6. Mix it well its ready
  7. If you want to store for long time. Then mix 1/4 tsp potassium meta by sulphate in it.
  8. Fill the bottles and store it
  9. While serving take 1 tsp of squash in one glass of cold water and ice cubes ,
  10. Garnish with pudina and small piece of lemon
My Tip: No need of pmbs if used in 1 month. Can store in fridge for 2 3 months without p.mbs. citrus acid is also optional
