Ingredients to make Mango milk fudge

  • mango pulp 1 cup
  • Milk pd 2 cups
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder. 1/4 tso
  • Almond flakes 1 tsp
  • Crushed pistachios 1 tsp

How to make Mango milk fudge

  1. Mix mango pulp milk powder and sugar
  2. On the gas
  3. Put pan on it
  4. Keep staring until it leaves the sides of the pan.
  5. Mix cardamom pd in it
  6. Mix well
  7. Pour in a greased tray
  8. Sprinkle almond flakes and pistachios over it
  9. Let it be cool
  10. Keep it in fridge until chilled
  11. Cut into desired shape
  12. Serve chilled

  15. Keep in frige

My Tip: Non sticky pan is better for this. You can use fresh or canned mangoes in off season
