Oats mango curd parfait recipe is one healthy ,low calorie filling and quick meal which is perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup mango (cut them in cube shapes)
  2. 1 cup hung curd ( tie it and hang in masculine clothe for 2 hours)
  3. 1 cup milk + 1/2 cup extra milk
  4. 1 tsp oats
  5. 1 tbsp Honey
  6. 1/2 cup Bagrry'S fruit and nuts oats cranberry museli
  7. 1 drop vanilla essence (Optional)
  8. Cheery or any other fruit of your choice to garnish on top. I have useed dry cranberry.

Instructions

  1. First off all keep that bowl or glass in the fridge in which you want to serve. Let it get chilled for half an hour.
  2. Now cook the oats in milk for 5 minute on medium heat. When oats become soft put off the stove. Let it cool for sometime.
  3. Now mix 1/2 cup extra milk in the hung curd and mix it properly.
  4. Now blend the cooled oats in blender smoothly .now add curd mixture in it and mix properly. Now put vanilla essence in it and mix properly.
  5. Pour curd and oats mixture in piping bag, pour some of this mixture in the chilled glass ,then add mango cubes , then add a layer of oats and nuts museli on it. Then add again mango cubes and then curd and oats mixture . This way make as many layers as u want.
  6. Now put cherry or cranberry or any other fruit of your choice on top.
  7. Then put in the fridge for sometime . Serve it chilled.
