Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1 kg carrot
  2. I ltr full fat milk
  3. 150 gms or 1 small bowl fresh cream
  4. 150 gms sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  6. 100 gms almonds, cashews and raisins chopped
  7. 2-3 tbsp clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots in the food processor
  2. Heat up a kadai. Add clarified butter to it....
  3. Add the grated carrot. Cook it for 3-4 mins stirring it continuously till the carrots become soft and succulent. Keep the flame on a low medium heat.
  4. Add the milk and fresh cream and cook it till the milk condenses completely.. stir it at regular intervals on a low medium heat
  5. Add the sugar...again cook on a low medium heat stirring it continously...till the sugar too condenses... at last add the cardamom powder and garnish will chopped nuts
  6. Serve this delicious dessert and enjoy....
