Ingredients to make Mango Icecream

  • Large Ripe mango 1 no.
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • Heavy cream 1 cup

How to make Mango Icecream

  1. Make a mango puree using blender .
  2. Take a heavy cream and whip Until stiff peak.
  3. Now add condensed milk to the whipped cream .
  4. Mix it well and add mango puree to the mixture .
  5. Slowly mix the creamy mixture .
  6. Pour the mixture into tje containers and cover with lid.
  7. Freeze for atleast 8hrs or overnight.

My Tip:

Fresh cream or malai can be used in place of whipping cream.
