Ingredients Serving: 2

200 gram falsa
100 gram sugar
2 cup water
Pinch of cardamom powder
2 pinch rock salt
2 scope strawberry icecrem
1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

Blend falsa, 2 cups of water, sugar in a blender.
Blend for 2-3 minutes.
Then strain this mixture into a jug.
Put crushed ice into the serving glasses.
Fill 3/4th of the glass with the strained juice, sprinkle cardamom powder on top.
Sprinkle 1 pinch of rock salt
Now add 1 scoop of strawberry icecream on top. Serve chilled.
