Ingredients to make Chocolate Muffins

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  •  cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup curds
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup oil
  • ĵ cup chocolate chips

How to make Chocolate Muffins

  1. Grease the muffin moulds and line them.Preheat oven 204 °C/ 400F.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar and ¾ chocolate chips, cocoa powder and baking powder. Blend the egg, curds, milk, and oil till smooth.
  3. Pour in the flours and stir till batter just blends. Fill in the muffin moulds till ¾ full.
  4. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips on them. Bake for 20 minutes or till the toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes before unmolding.
My Tip: You can make the muffin egg-less replace the egg with 1/4 cup of curd.
