Carrot Kulfi

Ingredients to make Carrot Kulfi

  • Milk 1/2ltr
  • Sugar 2tbsp
  • Carrots grated 2cups
  • Milk 4 cups
  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch

How to make Carrot Kulfi

  1. Arrange your ingredients
  2. Boil milk in a thick bottomed pan to a single boil.
  3. Add carrots to it and let it boil till carrots become tender and keep stirring to avoid sticking at the bottom.
  4. Lastly, add sugar with cardamom powder and boil a little more to make it a thicker version.
  5. Let this mixture cool to the normal temperature.
  6. Now pour it out in kulfi moulds.
  7. Let the moulds set in freezer.
My Tip: Don't grate the inner part of these summer carrots as it will split milk
