Ingredients to make Sugar Free Fresh Fruit Pops

  • Fresh or Frozen Strawberry 1/2 cup
  • Banana 2
  • Fresh or Frozen Pineapple 1/2 cup

How to make Sugar Free Fresh Fruit Pops

  1. Chop strawberry and pineapple into small chunks and keep them in the different bowl.
  2. Peel banana and cut into pieces.
  3. In a blender first, blend strawberry into a smooth paste and pour into moulds.
  4. Clean the blender.Blend banana into a puree and pour over the strawberry puree.
  5. Again clean blender. Blend pineapple into a puree and pour over banana puree.
  6. Tap them slowly on the counter and cover with lid.
  7. Place in the freezer for 5hrs.
My Tip: 1.Any fruit you used according to availability. 2.Sugar or honey can be used if using citrus fruits.
