Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For red layer:
  2. Thick curd 2 tbsp
  3. Honey 1 tbsp
  4. Beetroot grated 2 tbsp
  5. Banana 1\2
  6. For yellow layer:
  7. Thick curd 2 tbsp
  8. Honey 1 tbsp
  9. Mango 1/4 cup
  10. Papaya 1/4 cup
  11. For green layer:
  12. Thick curd 2 tbsp
  13. Honey 1 tbsp
  14. Spinach 4-5 leaves
  15. Pineapple 1/4 cup
  16. Banana 1\2

Instructions

  1. Make sure all ingredients are chilled.
  2. Churn ingredients for the red layer in a blender to a smooth thick sippable consistency. Remove to a bowl.
  3. In a clean blender churn all ingredients for the yellow layer to a smooth thick sippable consistency. Remove to a bowl.
  4. In a clean blender churn all ingredients for the green layer to a smooth thick sippable consistency. Remove to a bowl.
  5. Adjust the thickness by adding milk to liquidate and banana to thicken.
  6. Now take a serving glass. Place layers of each colour carefully with the help of a spoon.
  7. Don't simply pour over as they would get mixed and you won't get clean layers.
  8. Give marble effect using a stick.Insert a stick or toothpick in glass and pull a layer upward along the wall of glass.
  9. Serve chilled.
