Rainbow Thandai Ice Cream

Ingredients to make Rainbow Thandai Ice Cream

  • 1 cup sweetened whipped cream
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • 50 gm ground sugar
  • Liquid colours( red, yellow, green , blue)
  • For Thandie:
  • 20 almond
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 2 tbsp melon seeds
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp Gulkand
  • 10 black pepper
  • 4 green cardamon
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • Coloured sprinkle

How to make Rainbow Thandai Ice Cream

  1. First soak almond, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, melon seeds in warm water for 1 hour.
  2. Now whip the cream til soft peaks.
  3. Now add fresh cream, sugar. whip again.
  4. Drain the water, peel off almond.
  5. Grind all ingredients of Thandai.
  6. Make a coarse paste of it
  7. Mix Thandai pastes with cream mixture.
  8. Divide mixture in four parts.
  9. Add different food colours to each part.
  10. Pour into a container, sprinkle coloured balls on top and deep freeze it.
  11. Scoop out and enjoy.
My Tip: Adjust sugar as your taste.
