Ingredients to make Beetroot Smoothie

  • Grated Raw beetroot 1 cup
  • Skimmed milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Hung Curd 1/4 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Chopped almond 2 tablespoons

How to make Beetroot Smoothie

  1. Take grated beetroot, milk hung curd, sugar and banana in a blender and make a smooth paste.
  2. Pour the mixture into serving glass, garnish with almond and refrigerate it for an hour. Serve chill.
My Tip: We can add almond while grinding the smoothie as well.
