Ingredients to make Mattar Mushroom

  • 200 gm button mushroom
  • 50 gm green peas
  • 2 tbsp Khoya
  • 1\2 cup fine chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Kaju paste
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Garam Masala
  • 1\2 cup onion paste
  • 1\2 cup tomato puree
  • 1\2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh coriander leaves

How to make Mattar Mushroom

  1. Take mushroom wash it cut in two pieces
  2. Take one cup water put a pinch of turmeric powder, salt put the mushroom in this for one boil
  3. Put a pan on flame add oil after heating add onion paste and butter now
  4. Saute it for few minute or till it became pink in colour
  5. Add garlic ginger paste
  6. Add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder fry all this
  7. Add tomato puree, kashmiri Mirch add kaju paste
  8. Lastly, add khoya and cook till became leave oil now add green peas & capsicum
  9. Cook for two minutes now add mushroom saute all this
  10. Now add some water. cook for five to seven minute
