Tender Coconut Ice-Cream

Ingredients to make Tender Coconut Ice-Cream

  • Fresh Coconut Malai 1 cup
  • Coconut water 1/4 cup
  • Powder sugar or sugar-free 1/4 cup
  • Chilled Whipping cream 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk powder 2 tbsp

How to make Tender Coconut Ice-Cream

  1. Take chopped 3/4 cup fresh coconut malai
  2. Grind malai with 1/4 cup fresh coconut water
  3. Add powder sugar, coconut milk, coconut milk powder in coconut malai paste.
  4. Whip your whipping cream in another bowl until soft peaks is formed
  5. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped coconut malai & whipping cream in coconut malai mixture. Stir gently and transfer in the freezer for 2 hours
  6. After 2 hours, Ice-cream is half set so stir with spoon and transfer in airtight container. Again freeze 6-7 hours for good result

My Tip:

Use metal utensils for half set of Ice-cream then stir to dissolve ice crystals then transfer in airtight container
