Ingredients to make Chia Rose Icecream

  • 3 tbsp of Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp of rose petals
  • 200 g of whipped cream
  • 200 g of condensed milk
  • 2 - 3 drops of vanilla essence

How to make Chia Rose Icecream

  1. Into a mixing bowl add Whipped cream, condensed milk. Whisk this mixture till well.
  2. Add in the chia seeds, chopped rose petals and vanilla essence and mix it well. Mixing by the cutting and folding method is the best.
  3. Now, take the ice cream mould and add the ice cream mix into it. Cover it with cling wrap and allow it to set for 4 to 5 hours in the freezer.
  4. After 5 hours take out the ice cream from the freezer and mix it well with a spoon. Cover it again with cling wrap and let it set overnight in the freezer.
  5. After the ice cream sets, garnish it with more rose petals and chia seeds.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
