Everybody loves the chilled faluda during the summers and what better than to make some at home, follow this recipe to make this delicious dessert for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 tablespoon rose syrup
  2. 100 gram all purpose flour
  3. 350 ml water
  4. 1 Teaspoon oil
  5. For pistachio kulfi :
  6. 1 litre full fat milk
  7. 150 gram sugar
  8. 1 table spoon crushed pistachios
  9. 1 cup of fresh thick cream
  10. 2 teaspoon rose syrup and 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 tea spoons of rose syrup to 1 cup of water and mix it.
  2. Pour the above mixture into the cavities of a freezer tray for ice cubes , and freeze them.
  3. Now heat the milk in a sauce pan. Simmer it till the milk reduces to half the amount.
  4. Now add 1 cup of the cream and 1 tablespoon of crushed pistachios.
  5. Add sugar to it and mix it.
  6. Cool it and pour this into the kulfi moulds
  7. Freeze it atleast for 5 to 6 hours
  8. Now for the faluda, heat a pan, Add 350 ml of water ,100 gram all purpose flour and 1 table spoon rose syrup, give it a very good mix.
  9. There should be no lumps in the flour mix and cook it for sometime.
  10. Cook till it becomes transparent and forms a dough.
  11. Now put this dough in savai maker machine and make savai in chilled water..
  12. To serve, take a glass, add some rosy ice cubes and scoop out 1 scoop of pista kulfi.
  13. Add some flauda and add a scoop of the kulfi again.
  14. Add 2 teaspoon rose syurp too
  15. Garnish with pista and tutty frutty
  16. Enjoy cool cool yummy rosy faluda with pista kulfi
