  • Mota sev - 1 cup
  • Onion 1 chopped
  • Green chillies 2
  • Rai jeera
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato 1
  • Haldi 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp.
  • Garam masala optional

  1. Heat oil in pan
  2. Add rai jeera n hing
  3. Add onion n saute till golden
  4. Add green chillies n tomato
  5. Cook till oil starts separating
  6. Add salt haldi n chilli powder
  7. Add water. Whn watwr starts boiling add the sev at the end for that crunch.. mix well.
