Ingredients to make Leetchi,curd and caramel pepsicle

  • 1 cup fresh Leetchi
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup curd fresh
  • 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • Few mint leaves
  • (optional) 1-2 tsp caramel or butter scotch syrup

How to make Leetchi,curd and caramel pepsicle

  1. Take Leetchi flesh and curd in food processor jar and blend it.
  2. now add coconut milk,condensed milk,caramel sauce and again mix it in jar.
  3. now torn some mint leaves in it and again mix well
  4. when all mix well transfer in icecream mould or pepsicle mould to set for atleast 4-5 hours or overnight in freezer.
  5. At the time of serve freeze out pepsicle and spread some caramel or butterscotch syrup over it and garnish with few mint leaves and enjoy this chilled pepsicle.
