This is very yummy & superb fusion of bottle gourd , thandai with mangoes. Its very healthy and nutritious dessert option can be served in any dinner party and kids party. Every age group person will love to have it.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Grated Bottle Gourd. 2 tablespoon
  3. Ghee 1 teaspoon
  4. Thandai powder 2 tablespoon
  5. Condensed milk 200 grams
  6. Heavy Cream. 100 grams
  7. sugar 1 tablespoon
  8. Small Mango pieces 1/2 cup
  9. Ingredients of Thandai powder :
  10. Almond Powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Black Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Roasted poppy seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Fennel seeds powder 1 teaspoon
  14. Misri powder 1teaspoon
  15. Cashewnut powder 1 teaspoon
  16. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  17. Pistachio powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First heat ghee in a pan. Now add grated bottle gourd in ghee to roast. Keep sauting till raw aroma of bottle gourd disappears. Now add milk in it to boil. When it starts boiling simmer the flame.
  2. Now mix all the ingredients of thandai powder and keep aside.
  3. Add condensed milk , cream and sugar in the milk.
  4. Keep stirring at low flame. When milk starts to thicken add thandai powder. Stir nicely and switch off the flame.
  5. Let it cool down properly.
  6. Now add mango pieces on popsicle moulds. Pour cool down bottle gourd thandai mixture in the popsicles.
  7. Let these popsicles freeze for atleast 6 hours. So that bottle gourd thandai popsicles are firm and fix with sticks nicely.
  8. After freezing yummy popsicles are ready to enjoy .
