Ingredients to make Plum Chinese chutney..

  • Red colour plum - 8 nos
  • Sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Cinnamon - 6 nos small sticks
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Water - 2 cups

How to make Plum Chinese chutney..

  1. Heat 2 cups water with cinnamon sticks for 5 minutes.
  2. Add plum and continue to cook till plum becomes soft.
  3. Add sugar and waiting for sugar is totally dissolve.
  4. Add lemon juice , cook for few seconds.
  5. Serve cool.
My Tip: Stir occasionally, otherwise plum becomes mashy .
