ABOUT Plum Chinese chutney.. RECIPE

This is a Chinese recipe. Flavour of cinnamon, This dish serve as a dessert or with ice cream or whipped cream. Tasty and delicious. Can be preserve for long time. In the fridge.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Red colour plum - 8 nos
  2. Sugar - 3/4 cup
  3. Cinnamon - 6 nos small sticks
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  5. Water - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 cups water with cinnamon sticks for 5 minutes.
  2. Add plum and continue to cook till plum becomes soft.
  3. Add sugar and waiting for sugar is totally dissolve.
  4. Add lemon juice , cook for few seconds.
  5. Serve cool.
