Masala Pav

Ingredients to make Masala Pav

  • 4 Pav buns
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • Sev
  • Coriander leaves

How to make Masala Pav

  1. Heat butter on a tawa. Add in onions. Fry. Add Capsicum. Fry half way. Add in tomato. Fry.
  2. Now add all dry powders. Mix well.
  3. Add cut pav and mix gently. Add in coriander leaves and mix.
  4. Transfer it to a serving plate. Add in sev and serve hot with lemon wedge.
My Tip: Adjust dry powders as per taste. Serve hot.
