  • Boneless chicken pieces 500 gms
  • first marination-
  • lemon juice 2 tblspn
  • kashmiri red chilly pwdr 1 tblspn
  • Salt

  • second marination-
  • yogurt 125 gms
  • gg paste 100 gms
  • kashmiri red chilly pwdr 1 tspn
  • garam masala pwdr 1 tspn
  • Salt
  • oil
  • For gravy-
  • Butter 2 tblspn
  • Oil 2 tblspn
  • Green cardamom 4
  • black cardamom 2
  • Clove 4
  • cinnamon 1"
  • peppercorn 4/5
  • gg paste 2 tspn
  • tomato puree 150 gms
  • red chilly pwdr 1 tspn
  • melon seeds paste 1 tspn
  • Salt
  • sugar
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • kasuri methi 1 tblspn
  • coriander leaves 1 tblspn(garnish)
  • egg (garnish)

How to make chicken tikka butter masala

  1. wash and clean the chicken and put in first marinade for half an hour.
  2. the add second marinade to the chicken and place them in refrigerator for 4 hours
  3. boiled thd egg and fry it
  4. string the pices into skewer and cook in moderate heat in tandood or grill it or make tawa fry.
  5. now make the gravy.heat butter and oil in pan,add sugar to caramelise,then add cardamoms cloves,peppercorn, cinnamon,saute for 2 min,
  6. add gg paste,melon seed paste and salt so that saute few min,then add tomato puree,red chilly pwdr,little water
  7. bring into a boil,reduced heat and simmer for some min to thicken thd gravy
  8. adjust seasonings,powdered kasuri methi and chicken pieces
  9. simmer for 3/4 min with lid,add fresh cream, stir well
  10. garnish with coriander leaves and boiled fried egg
  11. serve hot with naan or paratha
