Ingredients to make Butterscotch & Dark Chocolate Chips Fudge

  • 150 gms. Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 150 gms. Butterscotch Choco Chips
  • 300 gms. Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp. melted Butter
  • ½ cup Chopped Cashew Nuts

How to make Butterscotch & Dark Chocolate Chips Fudge

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave or using double boiler method. When the chocolate melts add in butter & condensed milk. Stir to combine.
  2. Add butter scotch choco chips and vanilla essence. Stir till chips get melted.
  3. Meanwhile line parchment/butter paper/foil in a baking tray and pour the above chocolate mixture in the baking tray.
  4. Tap on the sides to spread the mixture evenly. Scatter chopped nuts and gently using spatula press the nuts to stick into chocolate layer.
  5. Cover with a cling and leave it to set in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  6. Once the fudge turns firm, run a sharp knife and cut into desired shapes. Refrigerate in Ziploc bag until further use.
