Guava Chocolate with nuts

Ingredients to make Guava Chocolate with nuts

  • 4 guavas (ripe ones)
  • 100 gms of sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped nuts ( kaju badam)
  • Agar agar 2 small strips cut into pieces
  • Pure Ghee 2 tsp
  • Melted chocolate 1/2 bowl

How to make Guava Chocolate with nuts

  1. Parboil guavas in a pressure cooker. Cool it. Churn it in mixer and sieve it through strainer.
  2. Now in a non-stick pan add ghee. Transfer guava pulp into it and keep stirring continuously for a few minutes on high flame. Now add sugar. Add lemon juice immediately. Add chopped nuts.
  3. Now add agar- agar which is dissolved in hot water. Stir it till pulp turns into thick paste Transfer this pulp into ghee greased thali. Bring it to room temperature. Kp in fridge fr few hours. Tk out & cut into pieces.
  4. Now melt dark compound chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Now dip guava squares into melted chocolate. Keep it on flat dish. Decorate with silver balls.
  5. Keep these chocolate squares in freezer for about an hour. Enjoy delicious guava chocolates.
