Ingredients to make Rainbow star delight

  • Milk 750 ml
  • vanila flavor custard powder 1 1/2
  • Sugar 3 tbs
  • Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
  • Seasonal fruits (cut small pieces)

How to make Rainbow star delight

  1. In a small bowl add custard powder,1/2 cup water mix well and make a paste. Boil milk in a thick bottom pan,add sugar and custard powder paste, keep the flame on a law, keep on stirring often while the custard is cooking so that lumps are not formed. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on a low flame. The mixture will thicken slowly. for a thicker custard,cook for more few minutes. After cool room temperature. Keep the custard in fridge to chill it before adding the fruits. Not use citrus fruits and melons. After cooling add fruits and cream mix well and serve in a bowl sprinkle some sprinkles.
