Mutton Do Pyazza

Ingredients to make Mutton Do Pyazza

  • 500 grams mutton
  • 2 large potatoes halved
  • 2medium red onions
  • 2-3Spring onions and greens chopped
  • 2 tomatoes fine chopped of grated
  • Optional use 1 cup curd in place of tomatoes
  • 2 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1-2 nutmeg pieces
  • 2 star anise
  • 3-4 cloves
  • 1 big stick cinnamon
  • 1 black cardomom dry
  • Salt to taste 1tblspn red chilli kashmiri powxer
  • 1/4tspn haldi
  • 2 tspn cummin corriander powder
  • Oil to cook

How to make Mutton Do Pyazza

  1. Chop onions fine put to saute
  2. Chop green onions fine too saute with the onions
  3. Chop tomatoes too and add to the saute onions
  4. Add ginger garlic paste
  5. Add the spices too ,grind the garam Masala powder with Cardamom cloves,and cinnamon
  6. Mix well,roast well 2 minutes
  7. Add the mutton pieces
  8. Now ad halves of potatoes too
  9. Cook for 15- 20 minutes in pressure cooker
  10. Do not open till pressure remains
  11. Serve Hot with Roti Rice or Nans
My Tip: Use of curds is also gud,if using curd marinade mutton with curd salt and ginger garlic
